You may not realize it, but for much of CobraHead’s existence, we ran the entire operation out of Noel and Judy’s basement, garage, barn, and, yes, even their dining room. It certainly saved us money on monthly expenses, but it wasn’t exactly conducive to, you know, living in an actual house.

So, two years ago we finally rented the ground floor office space in a building in downtown Cambridge, WI. The office was originally built in 1920 for Wisconsin Power and Light, and it has in recent decades operated as both offices and storefronts. The space has worked out nicely for us, as it’s just large enough to house our inventory in addition to having a sunny front office to enjoy when we’re not packing orders.

Noel and Judy still work from their home offices, while Andy and I hold down the fort here. Our office is conveniently just a few short blocks away from our house and even more conveniently just a block away from our local post office. We love our little operation and enjoy (yes, really!) coming to work each day.
