Our big gardening experience for the month of February, other than starting onion seeds, is exhibiting CobraHead tools at the PBS Wisconsin Garden & Landscape Show in Madison. Only 20 miles from home, it’s always been our favorite show. Garden Expo has earned a reputation as one of the best community-oriented gardening shows in the country. it has a complete weekend college of gardening education: classes, seminars, and demonstrations for all levels of gardeners. It has an exhibitor’s hall that has a great mix of booths and it has a very good small farmers market.
Andy took a few pictures while at the show. At the top, Anneliese is ready to demonstrate CobraHead tools while Judy is ready for whatever the day brings.
Keene Garlic is a customer of ours. They are one of many vendors selling edible, and growable, food products.
Lots of live plants to take home or you can buy the seeds to grow your own.
A complete garden center and booth after booth of garden and landscaping supplies are part of the scene.
Garden art ranges from upscale to casual and funky.
There is definitely something for everyone, which is what makes a good show.
